This Fisher Price doll house was given to my daughter (the dollhouse was used at that time), when she was 4 years old.  My daughter is now 33, and this dollhouse and pieces have been in our basement ever since.  It was played with for many years, by many children.  We always tried to treat the dollhouse and pieces gently.  I cleaned the dollhouse, but it could still use some TLC.  Took as many pics as I can, cause there are some issues, this dollhouse is not in "as new" condition.  Please examine pics closely, and I will point out as many issues as I can.  There's  marks, some fading, it looks like something was on the walls of the right hand side of the second floor (as if there were "pictures/sticker" there).  In the kitchen, it feels like some adhesive on the wall above the stove, as if something was there. (It is NOT mold, it is a rough glue type adhesive and could possible be taken off with Goo Gone).  A door is missing from the downstairs entryway (pic #2)  I found a little green door (it doesn't go to the entryway), and I can't figure out where it would have gone.  (FYI, some of these pieces (as you will see from the dolls that are in another listing) may be from some other doll house type of setup).  There is some roughness to the 3rd floor, left and right side, see pic #20 and 21.  The main issue is the front right hand side has a whole piece missing.  I think we got it that way.  I remember that was the way the front always looked.  See pic #23.  The extra door is in pic #24.  It opens/closes and folds up nicely, no issues there.  But I would say that the piece needs to be handled gently, it is 25-28 year old plastic.  I know that this isn't in the pristine condition, but it is still usable.  Maybe someone needs the pieces.  The furniture and dolls will be in another listing.  Please email with any questions.  I know that freight may be high, I am pricing this house considering the issues it has (and the fact that the freight is high).  Also, I live 1 hour north of Chicago, IL,  1 hour south of Milwaukee, WI, and 1-12 hours east of Rockford, IL.  If someone was local, we could do local pick up.  I'll ship as economical as possible, as I have a few shipping options that I can use.  Please message with any questions, or if you need additional information/pics.  Also, if you buy the house and the dolls/furniture, I can combine everything in one box.  10% of your purchase price goes to Horse Rescue donation.  Thanks for looking!
