A nice example of the later pattern of the double Spagnolleti block instrument, which was the standard GWR instrument until the introduction of the post-war 1947 pattern. This is the second of two Spags which I've decided to sell from my collection, both of which I believe came from Ashley Hill signalbox on the South Wales line out of Bristol.

Condition is very good;  the whole instrument is in excellent and totally original condition with plenty of ex-box patination. The flags are in good order and the pivots and coils are all OK. The indicators respond as they should at 3 volts
