Card has some surface scratches as well as some light whitening in certain areas around the card. It's in decent shape. Please inspect the photos for a better idea.

The reason for the rarity on this card is because it is a part of an extremely limited release set in Japanese. In English it was just another ex era set, but in Japanese, it was only available for purchase during a 2 week period. It was also received very poorly amongst competitive players at the time so the amount of packs sold for this set was extremely minimal when compared to other sets from the same time period. If you can get your hands on the unlimited versions of these cards (no 1st Ed symbol), they are on a different magnitude of rarity, only being available for a single day and that one day being cancelled part way through. Honestly, the market hasn't caught up to the rarity of this set yet. I recommend buying while I still have the cards this cheap haha
