Vintage 1990 Playmates Dick Tracy Action Figure MOC Sealed Bandai

Saying the item is used but box hasn't been opened, the figure hasn't been removed from box and is still MOC. Dick Tracy (played by Warren Beatty in the 1990 film) is the hard-boiled, fast-shooting detective determined to clean up the city's mob underworld.

This specific version shows him in his movie-accurate "interrogation" or "undercover" look without his yellow trench coat.

He features a sharp facial sculpt, wearing his signature bright yellow fedora hat, a white dress shirt, a black vest with a molded silver police badge, black trousers, and a red pinstripe tie.

Released by Playmates Toys in 1990, this highly stylized, 5-inch action figure line served as a major marketing tie-in for Walt Disney's live-action Dick Tracy movie starring Warren Beatty and Madonna

The line famously used bright, vivid primary colors and exaggerated, grotesque facial sculpts mimicking the comic strip style.

Playmates used the exact same ball-joint structural mechanics for this line as their wildly successful Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) toys. This shared layout allows collectors to swap heads and limbs cleanly between TMNT and Dick Tracy figures.
