My family member was Joe Murray, the creator of Rocko's Modern Life. I've got a couple of sketches by Joe of Rocko saying "Hi Ya Carl!" somewhere, ill have to find them and take pictures.
This is a screening/studio preview VHS of My Dog Zero, an early independent animated short by Joe Murray, the creator of Rocko's Modern Life.

The dog on the cover is basically a prototype for Spunky from Rocko's Modern Life.
Joe Murray's own studio archive lists My Dog Zero as an 11 minute 1991-1992 short film. His first ever color independent film.
This an industry preview copy. Used to pitch the show or short potential TV buyers. Or a Studio dub/personal archive copy. A copy made directly by Joe Murray Studios or Newt Street Pictures.
Super rare! This wasn't a commercial VHS release.

The sleeve art alone makes it much more collectible than a plain dub.
