He serves as the squad's aerial tactical specialist and pilot. His figure stands out with a bright orange flight jumpsuit, metallic green-chrome chest armor plating, a molded blue aviator helmet, and a full beard.

Kenner developed this line alongside an animated series produced by Marvel Productions. To make it suitable for kids, they stripped away the dark corporate satire of the film and reimagined RoboCop as the leader of a high-tech sci-fi police squad fighting a street gang

The standout feature was the Cap-Firing Mechanism. The figures featured a chamber in their backs to load real paper roll-caps. Flicking a switch on the back detonated a cap, creating a loud "pop" sound and actual smoke to simulate gunfire. 

This figure is a specific European export release rather than the standard domestic US version, Bi-Lingual variant (English/Dutch)
