This is a cool bit of vintage jewelry---I'm not sure it it's supposed to be a belt, a choker, or a headband! It's made of glass bits with gold toned metal on the back; I think it's from the 1970's to 80's approx.
It is bright yellow with white and gold toned back; it measures 28" end to end X 1 1/2" wide at the widest spots.
CONDITION: It doesn't have a clasp or hook to close it; I'm not sure what it was meant to be but's it's several decades' old. It's in pretty much perfect, used & vintage condition! You could incorporate it into a costume or wear it as a head band--so many ideas!
You'd have to figure out a way to connect the ends together--or maybe it could be sewn into a costume?
