This is a Gibson Hummingbird Studio that needs a TON of work. You can see the damage in the photos pretty clearly. 

Truss rod works. Electronics work.

We get these items in bulk from an insurance company so no idea how it was broken, 

where any missing pieces may be, and there is no case for this guitar.

Yes, Shipping is that expensive. We only ship UPS because

we want you to get your item, and USPS cannot be trusted

with that. Carriers charge by Dimensional Weight. 

That means they charge for the SIZE of the box not the WEIGHT.

Unless you are a huge company like Amazon or Sweetwater, 

a guitar box costs as much as shipping a 58 pound package!
