This Image Stream Medical 1007874 Easy Link Adapter DVI-I to HD-SDI w/ Mount is in excellent cosmetic condition. Guaranteed not to be DOA. These were just removed from a server cabinet that was taken from a facility where they were in use. They come with the mounts that were used to mount them into the server cabinet.
