These are all in a good condition having been played with but I would like to point out that:-

The top of the black cooker needs sticking back on
The settee and chairs need a good clean
The broom is held together with sellotape
The loo seat is not attached
The ladies dress is rather dirty at the back 

I have not attempted any repairs or cleaning.  This has come out of storage.

Pay pal insist that everything is sent using a tracking service, this increases the shipping cost. However, if you buy multiple items, you only pay the tracking charge once, so combining postage makes it a lot cheaper.
