Harry Potter Quidditch Golden Snitch watch, Liquid Face Design, 2001, RARE, Working

Item has been used/worn then in storage for some time. It shows signs of wear and tear such as marks, scrapes, scratches, dings, scuffs etc but is still very usable and wearable with plenty of life left in it still. I would advise a thorough cleaning as well due to it being secondhand. Please study the photos to gauge condition for yourself, the photos form an important part of the description.

This specific model was produced by SII Marketing International, Inc. (a subsidiary of Seiko) under license from Warner Bros. to coincide with the release of the first film, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.

Key Identification Details
Model Number: HC0013 etched on the case back
Design: It features a bright pink dial with a floating Golden Snitch and a magnifying bubble over the glass to highlight the Snitch
Strap: Original strap is a purple textured material with a pinkish-purple hue
Technical Info: It uses a Japan movement and is water-resistant up to 30 meters (3 ATM)

Liquid face design
Unlike most 2001 models that have a flat, static printed image, your watch contains a specialized liquid inside the case. This allows the 3D Golden Snitch charm to "float" and move around freely across the pink dial as you move your wrist.

The Magnification Bubble
The crystal has a large raised "bubble". This acts as a magnifying lens specifically designed to enlarge the moving Snitch, making it the central focal point of the watch's design.


It is currently working but as it's secondhand/used it may benefit from a service/setup, I can't be sure of it's exact mechanical state or how long the current battery will last but it is working currently. If that changes between now and time of the sale I will replace the battery.

It is a used item so isn't in perfect condition and buyer may want to replace the strap or get the item serviced etc, but it is being sold as working and usable. As with all secondhand items it may benefit from a clean and or a polish etc.
