Lovely russian handpainted sliding scene trinket box.

Good detailed painting with a shimmering backdrop.

Signed and dated to the bottom, looks like 2001 but as can be seen in the photos there are some small chips to the lacquer on the bottom edge. There is also a crack to one corner. Still displays beautifully
