Looks like this set was purchased in September of 1991. It is new and still sealed in the package. It appears to be made of some type of plastic but nothing is written on the plates. Comes with four mugs and four plates. There is a round spot on the plate where the mugs rest. I have the original ad that was kept from the magazine where the set was purchased. I tried to find something online similar to this but wasn't able to find anything. Looks like the plates are 8 inch squares. The cups are approximately 4 in tall and 3 and 1/8 in wide. There's a red band going across the cups and it says Underwood with a devil in the center.
