These logos will come flat but you will need to heat them up with a hair dryer to make them pliable then form it to the curvature of your helmet. This will make them easier to glue on.

Helmet not included!

Instructions for applying logo:

Heat up the back of the logo with a hairdryer until it’s a little bit flexible. Don’t heat it too much or you could warp it. (Start with 10 seconds)

Once it is warm and pliable press it and hold it on the curvature of your helmet until it cools down and it will stay like that. (Heat for another 10 seconds if the first try wasn’t enough) All corners plus the top and bottom should sit flush against the helmet.

Next put tiny drops of glue on the back of the logo and spread it thin with a toothpick like a peanut butter sandwich. (I use E-6000 glue)

Place the logo where you want it and press down gently. Try not to slide it around or you will have an ugly mess behind the logo.

Lay the helmet on its back in a box or something to keep it from moving around. Make sure the logo is looking up towards the ceiling so gravity doesn’t pull on it.

After about an hour go back and wrap rubber bands around the top part and the middle part and the bottom part of the logo. Wrap it around the back of the Helmet and hold the logo down with your finger while you’re doing this in case it wants to slide but it should be set up enough at this point where it won’t.

Make sure the rubber bands aren’t trying to pull the logo up or down or sideways. All three rubber bands should be pulling straight back so adjust the rubber bands on the back of the helmet accordingly.

Leave it like this for about 24 hours. After 24 hours you can remove the rubber bands and gently touch the logo to make sure it has a hard bond.
