Up for offer is a turn of the century veteran group Cap Insignia. This example is in great condition overall, with only light signs of wear. Complete with the reverse prongs, and likely unused stock. I have been unable to identify the "LAF", but i presume it is a veteran group or fraternal group similar to the GAR. A nice example overall for a collection!
