This petite Victorian-era prayer and hymn book features a richly embossed deep red cover with gold detailing and a personalized inscription reading “August Harnak 1882,” giving it wonderful historical character and charm.

Printed in New York by Wilhelm Radde in 1880, this book contains German hymns, prayers, and worship text used by German immigrant communities in America during the late 19th century.
