When I want to display something on the wall, there are times I think it’d be nice to have a cute shelf, but— the more clearly I know what I want to display, and the more special that item is to me, the more I find myself thinking a shelf can be simple. Clean and simple, not getting in the way of what you’re displaying. That kind of shelf.
