This beautiful vintage quillwork birch basket still retains a lot of its beautiful color in a lyrical flower pattern that wraps the full circumference. It is in generally good condition, some of the edge wrapping has come undone but is still mostly intact so could be repaired, and there is a break in the interior that I have detailed in pictures. It measures approximately 3” high and 4.5” across. There is some slight staining on the inside indicative of use, but it is overall clean, aside from some pencil marks on the bottom. This came from the estate of a collector of Native American baskets and has been well cared for, I believe it is quite old.
