This is a full phantom/rain-out style ticket, with the added story that it was reportedly used as transferable admission to attend the rescheduled game in which Willie Mays hit his 40th home run of the 1961 season, along with his 123rd RBI, in his final at-bat of the year.

That home run helped Mays secure second place in the National League home run race, finishing behind teammate Orlando Cepeda, who won the crown with 46 home runs. In that same game, Cepeda was also hit by a pitch and stole a base, adding even more texture to the historical significance of this piece.
