This is a used Hi-Precision Keyless Drill Chuck in good working condition. All movement is smooth. Item is missing the collar. The shank seems to possibly be a #1 morse taper, but not exactly sure. Seems like they removed the tail end of the taper for some reason. I've provided some dimensions below.
