New / Factory Sealed Box - Ed "Big Daddy" Roth Action Figure - Rat Fink Sidewalk Surfer. The figure measures approximately 4.25" in height. There is some wear and damage on the packaging from handling and storage - light scratches, scuffs, dinged corners and edges, etc. The top of the cardboard backer has multiple creases and there is large tear in the paper on the back from top to bottom.  Please see all photos for the best depiction of physical condition.
