A safe and secure way to display it. --- ### 〈Suzukine Yuzan〉 (すずきねゆうざん) The fourth-generation head of a prestigious workshop representing the armor industry. Recipient of the Prime Minister’s Special Award at the National New Seasonal Festival Doll Competition. He has conducted extensive on-site research into armor and helmets housed across Japan, continuing his studies to this day. In particular, his National Treasure replica series is reproduced with a level of precision unmatched by others. **[Career]** - Prime Minister’s Special Award, National New Seasonal Festival Doll Competition - Certified Traditional Craftsman designated by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry - General producer of the creative doll studio Ichizo - Head prototype design for the seasonal doll craftsman unit “nui” (縫nui) --- ### 〈Tenpu no Kabuto “Gunjo”〉 A helmet display based on a matte black foundation, laced in a mysterious *hanada* blue reminiscent of the deep sea. On the *fukigaeshi* (turnbacks) and the *mayubashi* (visor), the “Kikumagaki” motif—said to have been popular in the Kamakura period—is rendered using the *inden* technique, in which patterns are created with colored lacquer on tanned leather. The silver-bronze-finished metal fittings glint subtly, creating a dignified, weighty design. This is a representative Reiwa-era work by armor maker Yuzan, blending naturally into home interiors of both Japanese and Western styles. *Note: Our “Tenpu no Kabuto” series is a custom, original specification exclusive to Ningyo no Iwasaki.* --- ### 〈Our commitment to case displays〉 The Kokona (心和) case displays are made with acrylic. Acrylic is about half the weight of glass, making it easy to carry; it is also impact-resistant and less likely to shatter, offering higher safety in the event of disasters or accidents. It’s also reassuring when placed where children can reach it or where people frequently pass by. Many case displays on the market fix the doll in place, so unseen areas tend to be made more simply. Kokona case displays do **not** fix the doll in place—both to preserve the artisans’ commitment to creating dolls that are “beautiful from every angle,” and from an aftercare standpoint as well. We hope you and your child will enjoy the experience of “taking it in hand and displaying it,” and grow even more attached to it. --- ### 〈Front-opening, magnet-type acrylic case〉 A newly developed acrylic case jointly planned and developed by Ningyo no Iwasaki and the manufacturer. The front panel is secured with powerful magnets and can be removed, making it much easier to decorate and care for the doll. --- ## ■ Kokona (心和 -ここな-) The Kokona series redefines the traditional image of seasonal festival dolls, based on the concept: **“Compact, easy, stylish.”** --- ## ■ Custom orders Our “custom order” option—freely combining the doll, display stand, folding screen, and accessories—has been very well received. We will fully support you in choosing your one-and-only doll: “The doll that belongs only to me.” Please feel free to contact us for consultation.
