  Go Yayanagi
After dropping out of university, he moved to São Paulo, Brazil, where he engaged in various artistic activities. After traveling around the world, he settled in Paris and studied under the master of copperplate engraving, S.W. Hayter. He has exhibited his works numerous times in international venues, including the 11th São Paulo Biennial (Brazil, 1957), the 2nd Frechen International Print Biennale (West Germany, 1972), and the 5th British International Print Biennale (1976). For Yayanagi, art should not be confined to solemn spaces but should be present in all aspects of living environments. His mediums are diverse, spanning painting, printmaking, mosaic, stained glass, textile style, and fashion design. With bold color compositions and vivid coloring that eliminates unnecessary shadows, his work visualizes the zeitgeist with clarity, infused with eroticism and humor. The rich exoticism etched into his body during his youth embodied a detachment from boundaries, far ahead of the currents of the world, without the need for reasoning.
