*Bread and pound cake pans are made by folding. Therefore, even standard products will have gaps in the corners. With rice flour dough or other doughs with a high moisture content, leakage may occur. In this case, we recommend using paper linings. Returns and exchanges for these reasons are not accepted.

[About Soldered Tinplate (Hot-Dipped Tinplate)]
This is a steel plate that has been tin-plated using a different process. This process enhances adhesion between the steel base and the tin plating, resulting in superior plating durability and rust resistance. Another benefit is reduced deformation of the iron due to heating during the plating process, reducing distortion.
Majimaya uses thicker, 0.7mm thick soldered tinplate. Its smooth heat conduction and mold durability surpass other products.

[Commitment to Silicone Processing (Surface Release Processing)]
Our silicone processing is performed using the know-how cultivated by our partner factory staff, optimized for each mold. We subtly modify the processing method and ingredient ratio depending on the sugar and egg content of typical recipes for sweets and breads. This achieves mold release with less oil and flour, eliminating the need for pre-baking and oiling the molds. It may also result in a more beautiful browning of some sweets.

In addition to its excellent mold release properties, it is more durable than silicone processing for pastry. The release effect lasts longer.
