This is the only organic white soy sauce in Japan, brewed using organic wheat and organic soybeans, blended with natural dashi made from Kagoshima (Makurazaki) “Honkare-bushi” (fully matured bonito flakes), Oita “Donko” (dried shiitake), and Hokkaido kelp.
For nationwide sales of this shirodashi, we increased the amount of dashi even more compared with the first-generation product, further enhancing the dashi aroma and umami.
You can also taste the sweetness and fragrance of white soy sauce, and because it has a clear, pronounced flavor, it is also favored for commercial/professional use.
No preservatives are used at all.
Ingredients: Blended dashi (shaved katsuobushi (dried bonito), shaved ajibushi (dried horse mackerel), shaved sodagatsuo-bushi, shaved maguro-bushi (dried tuna), dried shiitake) (made in Japan), organic white soy sauce, starch syrup, enzymatically hydrolyzed wheat solution, salt, bonito extract, kelp extract, mirin / seasonings (amino acids, etc.), vitamin B1 (contains wheat and soybeans).
