This is a simple rectangular bamboo sieve that is heat-resistant and very durable, making it an essential item in the kitchen. It works wonderfully for everyday use and also enhances the presentation of soba noodles, vegetables, snacks, and tempura.

The material used is thick and sturdy. The rectangular sieve is built to withstand various uses, incorporating thicker stainless steel wire around the edges to endure weight and impact (you may tap the sieve to drain water).

Made from bamboo, it is less likely to form a water film, allowing for excellent drainage. While enjoying your noodles, the bamboo absorbs excess moisture.

Sizes range from about 12×18 cm to about 36×42 cm. Please select according to your intended use. In addition to serving soba and snacks, you can use it to dry vegetables or drain washed dishes. It has various applications.

Important Information for Customers
This product is handmade using natural materials, so there may be small gaps in the edge wrapping. The inner stainless steel wire may be slightly visible, but we ask for your understanding of the nature of handmade products. (The sieve has thick stainless steel wire around the edges to enhance strength.)
