This is a simple rectangular bamboo sieve that is essential for the kitchen due to its heat resistance and durability. It is great for everyday use and also looks beautiful when serving soba, vegetables, sweets, or tempura.

The bamboo strips are thick and made to be sturdy. The rectangular sieve can withstand weight and impact (such as tapping the sieve when draining water), as it is reinforced with a thicker stainless steel wire around the edges for increased durability.

Made from bamboo, it is unlikely to form a water film, ensuring great drainage. While enjoying noodles, the bamboo continues to absorb any excess moisture.

Sizes range from approximately 12×18 cm to about 36×42 cm. Choose one that suits your needs. Besides serving soba or sweets, it can also be used for drying vegetables or draining washed dishes. It's very versatile.

Things we want our customers to know
Since this product is handmade using natural materials, there may be some gaps in the wrapping at the edges. The stainless steel wire inside may be slightly visible, but please understand this is a characteristic of handmade products. (The sieve has a sturdier edge due to the thicker stainless steel wire.)
