This is a simple round bamboo sieve that is highly durable and resistant to heat, making it an essential item in the kitchen. It’s great for everyday use, and it also showcases dishes like soba, vegetables, sweets, and tempura beautifully.

The sieve is made with thick and sturdy strips. Since it is used for various purposes, it has a thicker stainless steel wire around the edge to withstand weight and impact (for example, when shaking off water).
