This is a simple square strainer that is essential in the kitchen due to its heat resistance and durability. It not only works great for everyday use but also beautifully displays soba noodles, vegetables, sweets, and tempura.

The strainer is made with thick, hard bamboo strips, ensuring sturdiness. Designed for various uses, it features a thick stainless steel wire around the edge to withstand weight and impact (such as when tapping the strainer to drain water).

Made from bamboo, it resists water membrane formation, allowing for better drainage. While eating noodles, the bamboo continuously absorbs excess moisture.

Available sizes range from approximately 12×18 cm to 36×42 cm. Choose the size that fits your needs. In addition to serving soba noodles and sweets, it can also be used for drying vegetables or draining washed dishes. It has various uses.

As this product is made from natural materials and handcrafted, there may be slight gaps in the edge wrapping, and some stainless steel wire might be visible. We ask for your understanding regarding this characteristic of handmade products. (Thicker stainless steel wire is included around the edge for added strength.)
