This is a simple round bamboo strainer that is highly heat-resistant and very durable, making it an essential tool in the kitchen. It's perfect for everyday use and also presents beautifully for serving soba noodles, vegetables, snacks, and tempura.

Made with thick, hard bamboo, this round strainer is crafted to withstand various uses, including weight and impact (such as when you tap it to remove excess water). The edges are reinforced with thicker stainless steel wire for added durability.

Because it is made of bamboo, it reduces the formation of water film and drains water efficiently. Even while eating noodles, the bamboo absorbs any excess moisture.

The sizes range from approximately 12 to 45 cm in diameter. Please choose according to your needs. In addition to serving soba or snacks, you can also use it for drying vegetables or draining washed dishes. It’s versatile!

As this product is made using natural materials and by hand, there may be gaps in the edge wrapping. The stainless steel wire inside may be slightly visible, but we ask for your understanding as this is characteristic of handmade products.
