[Commitment to Silicone Processing (Surface Release Processing)]
Our silicone processing utilizes the know-how cultivated by our partner factory staff to achieve the best method for each mold. We subtly modify the manufacturing process and ingredient ratios for typical recipes for sweets and breads made in molds, based on the amount of sugar and eggs. This achieves effective release with less oil and flour, eliminating the need for pre-baking and pre-cooking. It may also result in a beautiful browning, depending on the sweet.

[Silicone-coated Pastry Molds]
Because many of our molds have complex shapes, we use silicone coatings to achieve the optimal release effect for each mold. This allows for effective release with less oil and flour than usual. No pre-baking required/easy release/affordable silicone (surface) coating

Inner dimensions (approx.): 80 (71) x 51 (42) x 17 mm (H)

[About the metal mold manufacturing process (pressing process) and silicone coating]
Metal molds are inevitably subject to mechanical scratches and abrasions caused by the strong pressure and bending used during molding.
Since silicone processing uses high heat to process resin, it penetrates even machine scratches and abrasion marks. The lines and patterns seen on the mold are the result of this processing. Similarly, any roughness on the surface is due to scratches made during the mold manufacturing process, and does not affect the release effect of the silicone processing, so please rest assured. Furthermore, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for these reasons.
