Seems to be a foam core covered. Elderly lady I'm selling for,assures me " they cost a fortune as new". Some used, others have lain in a box for some years unused but with signs of sellotape residue and ageing.Cracks, some rusting and chips.Please zoom in on photos.
These seem to be ones that you can feed curtains through but could just be used a support device.
