It has signs of wear but overall intact.  

Some edges are frayed, slight tears. 

Slight yellowing on the pages, which have some minor "lumps". 

Some light writing throughout.   

 

Not professionally graded but based on the age it is intact and clearly legible.

 

Shipping will be a 9X12 envelope.  Item will be wrapped in a plastic bag and a cardboard insert for stability.  I will gladly use a box if you wish to pay extra for the shipping.
