Beautiful light bronze rectangular dial with batons marking each hour and black outer ring for the minute. At 6 o’clock is engraved “Calendografo Autorecargante” with the window for the date below. It is a “Swiss Made” model. The hands are in steel with Dauphine” style. The crown comes with the CS logo. It is a stainless-steel screwed back case with engraved outside “Cuervo y Sobrinos Habana – Esplendidos – Ref A2412/1 – Num 3403”. The watch has an automatic movement with caliber ETA 2824-2 and 25 jewels. The watch has a brown strap with double stitching and CS clasp. The watch comes with the CS box and can be used as a cigar box. It is a full set with box, warranty and booklets.

Cuervo y Sobrinos was founded in 1882 in Habana, Cuba. The Cuervo family founded their boutique “La Casa” at the prestigious Quinta Avenida of Havana. When founded the brand became quickly popular especially within watch aficionados. Celebrities like Einstein, Churchill, Hemingway, and Clark Gable owned Cuervo watches. After the Cuban event in 1959, the brand remained dormant for 40 years. This legendary brand was recently revived in 2002 by Marzio Villa with old historic roots from the 19^th century. Most of the current models are influenced and inspired by famed Cuba’s trade-cigars.
