ELTERM products are made of high-quality mild steel, manufactured in accordance with the highest testing and certification standards. All products are designed and welded to meet the strictest quality requirements.
Our factory has over 30 years of experience in the heating industry. Throughout these years, we have developed and invented numerous products that have become widely used. We distribute these solutions across Europe and other continents, ensuring quality and innovation in every application.
Please note: We (Culm Stores Distribution Elterm Ltd) do not offer any products made of so-called "galvanized stainless steel." Our products are made from genuine materials that meet rigorous EU & BS safety and quality standards.
Low Loss Header PRO by Elterm are professional hydronic system components used in central heating (CH) installations, underfloor heating systems, and domestic hot water (DHW) systems. They ensure proper and stable operation of heating systems and are manufactured by the Polish company Elterm, a well-known producer of heating equipment and hydronic accessories.
A low-loss header is a component that:
Separates the boiler circuit from the heating circuits (e.g. radiators, underfloor heating, DHW tank),
Allows independent operation of pumps in different circuits without the need to balance their flows,
Stabilizes flow rates and pressure in the system,
Protects the boiler against too low return temperatures (reduces low-temperature corrosion),
Facilitates air venting and dirt/sludge separation in the system.
In Elterm’s product range, “PRO” denotes more advanced versions of SHE-PRO low loss headers, often equipped with additional features or improved insulation (e.g. EPP thermal insulation), and designed to work seamlessly with other system components such as KRE PRO manifolds.
Example models from the PRO series included:
SHE-PRO up to 70 kW – for heating systems up to approx. 70 kW,
SHE - PRO up to 100kW - for heating systems up to approx 100 kW
SHE-PRO up to 156 kW – for larger systems up to approx. 156 kW,
✔️ Hydraulic separation – isolates the boiler side from the distribution side, preventing flow interference
✔️ Simplified pump cooperation – multiple pumps can operate without precise hydraulic matching
✔️ Air and sludge separation – improves system cleanliness and efficiency
✔️ Boiler protection – prevents cold return water from entering the boiler, extending its service life
✔️ Thermal insulation – PRO versions are factory insulated (EPP), reducing heat losses and improving efficiency
They improve the reliability and stability of the entire heating system
They simplify design and future expansion of multi-circuit installations
They help extend the service life of boilers and pumps by optimizing hydraulic conditions
