This bike was built from parts and pieces when I was riding heavily from 1989 to 1994.
All the parts are from that general era or before.
Condition:
The frame had a seatpost tube crack that was repaired by my father, who was a shop teacher, hot-rodder, and fabricator. It was never ground flush to look pretty, but it held up through years of hard use. I've wire-brushed the touch-up paint off it so you can see exactly what you're getting.
There are stainless steel tubes pressed over the stubby fork "pegs". They were turned precisely in a lathe and pressed/pounded into place. I always kept them wrapped in friction tape, but I cleaned that off so you can see them clearly. I suspect they could be heated up and pounded off, but I can't guarantee it.
The lower headset race is loose on the fork. If I remember right, the one I installed had a shim that was supposed to make it fit, but the shim must have slipped out.
The final photo shows the beginning of a custom shipping box I created. The following were removed for shipping: wheels, pedals, handlebars, and seat. To be clear, everything in the photos is included; it's just taken apart for shipping. Local pickup is available if you're nearby.
