Avengers #1 3.5 CGC.  In my opinion, this presents a bit better than some of the others in the same grade currently listed on Ebay.  As they say, "buy the book, not the grade."  As seen on the CGC label, there is 1 piece of tape though on the interior cover.  CGC case is in good shape. 

I personally bought this book probably 20 years ago, and got it graded via CGC around then.  Ever since it has been stored in a dark storage area, and rarely handled.
