In the episode handiman teams up with the tiny avenger and Handi Boy reverses time on his body to a younger age to escape death. This outfit was worn by the child actor playing baby Handi Boy. The outfit consists of a one piece blue bodysuit with the "Handi Boy" logo applied to the chest, a matching blue skull cap and a white cape. This is the costume the child wore.
