Brand new, never installed or used Navien NPE-240S2 tankless water heater. Unit is in excellent unused condition and comes exactly as shown.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ:

The plastic outer housing on the exhaust vent connection was cracked during shipping (see photos). This is ONLY the outer plastic collar — the internal vent pipe connection and sealing surface are completely intact and undamaged.

This does NOT affect functionality or operation in any way. The unit can be installed and used normally as-is. If desired, the plastic can easily be secured with adhesive (such as epoxy or super glue), but this is optional.

We will carefully re-pack the unit with extensive protective materials to ensure safe delivery and prevent any further damage during transit.
