Vintage Descoware enameled cast iron oval dutch oven in a classic flame orange gradient. Descoware was a high-quality Belgian cookware brand famously used and recommended by Julia Child. This No. 22 size is a versatile piece, ideal for side dishes, small roasts, or table service.

• Markings: "MADE IN BELGIUM" and "22" with the stylized FE maker's logo on the bottom
• Material: Enameled cast iron with a vibrant orange-to-red gradient finish
• Design: Traditional oval shape with integrated side handles and a fitted lid featuring a steam vent
• Measurements: Approximately 11" in length across the handles, 7" in width, and 5.5" in height to the top of the knob

Condition: Fair vintage condition. The interior enamel shows heavy staining and seasoning buildup from significant historical use. There are several visible enamel chips on the handle edges and along the rim of both the lid and the pot. The exterior finish remains vibrant. No cracks or structural damage noted. This piece would benefit from a deep cleaning or restoration before culinary use.
