【Notes for Use】
1. Do not use in the microwave. (The wood may expand, causing the special coating to peel off.)
2. Avoid striking hard objects or stacking with hard items. There is a risk of dents or damage to the coating.
3. Soaking in water for long periods is not a problem, but if possible, please dry within 8 hours.
4. You can use commercial dishwashing detergents. Please avoid soaking with bleach as much as possible. (This may accelerate the deterioration of the surface coating.)
5. Depending on the usage period and frequency of washing, water droplets on the surface may transition from super water-repellent to hydrophilic. When it becomes hydrophilic, the water will drain faster after washing, so please understand this as a positive change.
6. The surface treatment of the product is designed not to stain with substances like turmeric or wine, so you can use it with peace of mind. However, if you notice any discoloration or deformation during use, we will replace the item.
7. You can place hot items (soup or fried food) directly on the bowl (the momentary heat resistance is up to 180°C). However, be cautious as pouring very hot frying oil directly or exposing it to an open flame may accelerate deterioration.
8. The special coating paint complies with food sanitation regulations, so it is safe for use.
9. Damage caused intentionally by the customer during use will not be covered under warranty.
10. If the surface coating deteriorates over time, repairs are possible. We will reapply the coating and provide it back (additional costs will apply).
11. Since the product is made of natural materials, the surface design may vary even among similar items. This inconsistency is part of the beauty of natural materials, and as the processing is handmade, slight size discrepancies may also occur. We appreciate your understanding.
