Unusual Scandinavian Aluminium Flower Vase with Inset Ceramic Panels

Circa 1980

Stands 17 cms tall with an open length of 19.5 cms

I purchased this in Norway in January of this year and assume that is where it was made ?

I don't recall ever coming by another vase of this particular design
