Payments

• Paypal payments or credit card payments through paypal.

Shipping

• Packaging may vary. We ship usually within 1 business day from payment received date.

Returns

• Very Easy. Send the item back that you wish to return within 30 days of receipt with ebay invoice. State your reason for return. Refund will be given as money back for products in original condition only. We will refund shipping costs where pleasantscent has made an error .

Taxes

• We will collect sales tax of 8.625% for items shipped to NY state only.
• **International Orders: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
