First and foremost, we are not kayakers. Never have been. Never will be. With that said, these were part of a package that we picked up while getting a canoe. The seller was clearing everything out, the price was right, so we thought we'd try to resell them. If we list/describe something wrong, please correct us. We have a total of 4 neoprene skirts and one cockpit cover. This listing is for the one in the description. There are two sizes on each of the skirts: one in the tube and one on the underside of the skirt. We are assuming that the one inside the tube is for the size of the person operating and the one on the underside is for the opening of the kayak. Each of these skirts do have wear and will not be confused as new or nearly new. The elastic responds well without any cracking or rot. There are no unpleasant smells. There are no holes. The green one does have some sun fading. We were not exactly sure how to measure them, so we just laid a yard stick next to them. These are bulky and a little weighty.
