Vinyl Grading
NM-SS    Record has never been opened

NM    Record looks unplayed

VG+  Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect listening experiences.  Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK.

VG:VG+   Record is either a high VG or low VG+

VG   Many of the defects found in a  VG+ record will be more pronounced.  Surface noise will be evident upon playing but will not overpower the music.  Groove wear will start to be noticeable as will light scratches that will affect the sound.

G+:VG   Record is either a high G+ or low VG

G+  A record in G+ condition can be played through without skipping but it will have more surface noise, lots of scratches, and visible groove wear.

G. A record in G condition may have 1 or more skips or a place where the record keeps repeating.
