This Quiet Riot "Metal Health: Live in the 21st Century" promotional DVD single has been signed by the band's founding drummer Frankie Banali.  This signed DVD was obtained directly from Banali in 2016 as part of a memorabilia package that was offered on the Quiet Riot Movie website.

The photos show the actual DVD single being sold.  The autograph is personalized "Hi Tom!"  As shown in the close-up photo, THE EDGES OF THE AUTOGRAPH HAVE BLED INTO THE DVD.

The DVD is being sold by its original owner who has not played the DVD.  Since the DVD was received unsealed from Banali, it is unknown whether the DVD is new.
