Order Handling Time

• Order Handing Time is typically three (3) Business Days.

Changes to Shipping Address

Carriers

• Standard Free Shipping for Orders valued under $750 and weighing less than 16 ounces is typically via USPS First Class Package.
• Standard Free Shipping for Orders valued over $750 and/or weighing over 16 ounces is typically via USPS Priority, FedEx or UPS with Signature Confirmation required.
• We reserve the right to make Carrier and Service Level selection based upon operating conditions and order size, weight, destination and value.
• We are unable to accommodate requests for specific Carriers. We ship items from multiple Fulfillment Centers and primary Carriers vary by facility.

Expedited Shipping Services

• Options to Expedite Shipping for an additional cost are presented at Checkout if available.
• After you place your Order we will not be able to change or upgrade your Shipping method.

Signature Confirmation

• Orders valued at $750 or more are shipped with Signature Confirmation required.
• If your Order is valued at less than $750 you will be presented with an option to add Signature Confirmation during Checkout for an additional cost.
• If you are not available to receive your Signature Confirmation shipment and it is Returned To Sender you will be subject to a Reship Fee.

Tracking Numbers

• All Orders are shipped with a Tracking Number.
• You will receive an automated Ship Notification email message from eBay with Carrier and Tracking information when your Order has shipped.
• Carriers Recycle Tracking Numbers. Please allow approximately 12 to 24 Hours for your Tracking Number data to be updated by the Carrier.

Carrier Delays

• Our responsibility is to ship your Order within the Stated Handling Time displayed by eBay at the time your Order was placed.
• We are not responsible for Carrier Delays due to operating issues such as bad weather, mechanical failures, or other service level disruptions.

Transit Insurance

• All shipments are insured for their full value while in transit to the Confirmed Shipping Address.
• In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive or is damaged in transit please contact us through eBay messaging in order to initiate a Claim.

Claims

• Claims for Damage or Non-Delivered Items must be submitted in writing through eBay Messaging.
• If your package has been Confirmed as Delivered by the Carrier, but you do not believe you received the package, please contact the Carrier directly.

International Shipping

• International shipping is available on many of our products through the eBay Global Shipping Program.
• We do not ship Bullion products internationally at this time and we only ship internationally through the eBay Global Shipping Program.
• International shipping is not available to all countries - please refer to each listing to verify that we ship to a particular country.

• The displayed Global Shipping cost includes both Shipping charges and Customs Clearance Duties, Taxes and Fees.
• Multiple items purchased for shipping through the eBay Global Shipping Program cannot be combined into a single Invoice or Shipment.

Returns Policies

• We offer Free Returns and cover the cost of Return shipping on all Items EXCEPT Bullion products. Orders for Bullion products cannot be Cancelled or Returned for any reason.
• We accept Returns for up to 30 days after you receive your order on Products eligible for Return.
• Returned Items must be unopened and returned in their complete original product packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund.
• In some cases we may be able to Exchange the product depending upon the circumstances. If you are interested in an Exchange, please contact us through eBay Messaging.

Bullion Products

• Orders for Bullion products cannot be Cancelled or Returned for any reason
• All Precious Metals Bullion product prices fluctuate constantly and prices may go up or down after your purchase. Price adjustments will not be made after your purchase commitment is locked-in regardless of subsequent price increases or decreases
• Bullion coins, bars and rounds are mass-produced and are not manufactured to the same quality standards as Collector Coins. Bullion items are often shipped from the mint in bulk rolls, tubes or bags and even freshly minted items will have imperfections.

Bullion Product Pricing

• Listed prices for bullion products are firm and not negotiable. Prices will change with movements in the spot price of the underlying metal while precious metals markets are open.

Random Brand Products

• When purchasing “Random Brand” items you can expect to receive Brands and Design of our choice, based on inventory on hand when your order is fulfilled.
• We are unable to guarantee any specific Brand and Design for purchases of “Random Brand” products as our inventory is constantly changing and limited to what is available at the time of shipment.
• Our inventory is located in a secure location with limited access. We cannot accommodate requests to search for specific Brands.

Random Date Products

• When purchasing "Random Date" coins, you can expect to receive Dates and Mintmarks of our choice, depending upon current stock on hand.
• We are unable to guarantee any particular date for purchases of "Random Date" coins as our inventory is constantly changing and limited to what is available at the time of shipment.
• Our inventory is located in a secure location with limited access. We cannot accommodate requests to search for specific Dates.

Pre-Owned Vintage US Mint Products

• Except for current year products, nearly all of our US Mint products have been previously owned.
• Unless otherwise disclosed, all of our US Mint products come with their complete original packaging.
• We inspect all pre-owned US Mint products prior to offering them for sale. We only sell sets that have passed our inspection; the coins are typically free of excessive hazing, spotting, or distracting toning.
• While these items are typically in very good condition for their age, these vintage products are not new.

Use of "Reference Images"

• We typically have multiple quantities available of many of our most popular products. As a result we often use "Reference Images" to represent the actual product.
