• I try to inspect everything and there should be no missing stones unless noted. If you see something that looks wrong or missing PLEASE ASK AND I WILL CHECK
• I stand behind all my descriptions. It will be what I list it as or I will refund. PLEASE contact me if there is a problem
• I enlarge pictures. I show a comparison and provide measurements. If missing PLEASE ASK.
• I have been a seller/buyer on ebay for 25 years. It seems they only care about high volume sellers now, whether or not they are honest. I'm old and actually care about customer satisfaction and returning pleased buyers. 
• Ask if I might have something you are looking for. I have a 40 year collection to search through.
• I do not send offers to drive you crazy just because you are watching something. If the spirit moves me, the item has been listed a while, I might send an offer before it relists.
