The Nokian Tyres Outpost APT is an all terrain, all weather tire manufactured for SUVs. Nokian Tyres offers a 65,000 mile treadwear warranty. This model is EV-Ready, meaning these tires are compatible with both electric and traditional vehicles.

This model promotes great all weather traction. The stabilized footprint, with the ideal block and sipe placement, and the all weather compound work together to boost the model's year-round performance. They firmly grip the road surface at all times, enhancing its dry, wet, and winter grip. Stronger rubber materials keep the tire pliable throughout the year, optimizing the tire's summer and winter weather applications. Hydroplaning is avoided during the tire's on-road drive, as the groove placement disperses water and slush from the footprint.

The tread pattern's consistent surface contact increases its controllability. As a result, the tire manages to significantly increase its steering responsiveness and driving stability. This promotes the driver's control of the vehicle during its versatile terrain applications. The reinforced internal structure is strengthened with the Aramid Touch Shield, which does not allow the tire to deform. This increases the tire's load and driving durability, promoting a safer driving experience.

All terrain traction is also offered with this model. The staggered blocks and wide grooves enhance the tire's soft, loose, and uneven terrain grip and on-road traction. This allows the driver to follow the tread wear of the tires, minimizing the possibility of worn-out tires being used.

All weather tires receive the three mountain peak and snowflake (3PMS) symbol for their exceptional winter weather performance. They are all season tires with extra winter weather grip, in order to guarantee safer year-round durability. This ensures their true and secure driving ability throughout the year.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
