There are three commonly used heating elements for the 936 soldering station: 1321/1322/1323. Among them, 1322/1323 can be replaced with each other, but cannot be interchanged with 1321. 1323 is a stainless steel heating element. 1321/1322 is a ceramic heating core, and there is a groove on the core of 1321.
Wiring method for 1321/1322/1323:
The two short red lines are the heating elements, regardless of direction.
The blue line and transparent line (the two longer ones) are temperature sensing lines with directions.
Judgment method: One of the temperature controllers is magnetic, while the other is not.
When dismantling the old heating element, first use a magnet to distinguish it, make a mark, and connect it. When starting up, adjust the temperature to the minimum. If the temperature control wire is reversed, the temperature will continue to rise uncontrollably. At this time, it is necessary to reverse the temperature control wire.
